Bonnie Bluejacket Memorial Nursing Home

Bonnie Bluejacket Memorial Nursing Home is located in beautiful Big Horn County in Basin, Wyoming. The facility has 37 beds for long-term care and offers skilled nursing care. The Care Center is affiliated with South Big Horn County Hospital District and is on the same campus as the South Big Horn County Hospital and Midway Clinic. With the Care Center and hospital conveniently joined, each resident has 24/7 access to high quality medical care.


The staff provides a variety of fun and enriching activities seven days a week. Our Activities Director and Activities Assistant ensure activities occur every day and most evenings. Residents have the option to select from group and individual activities. Families and guests are encouraged and welcome to join in activities.


The Staff consists of a Medical Director, Administrator, Chief Nursing Officer, Social Service Director, Activities Director, Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Dietary Manager and Consultant, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Housekeeping, and Restorative Aides.


Residents can choose a private room or semi-private room. We accept private pay and Medicaid eligible residents. Each room in the facility has its own window and door, which provides each resident the freedom and privacy they deserve.

Payment for lab work is required at the time of appointment

Make sure to drink plenty of water the night before your lab draw and take your regularly scheduled medication.

The patient is responsible for getting a copy of the lab results to their provider.
