    Cook - Dietary
    The Cook prepares nutritionally sound meals consistent with departmental policies and procedures and consistent with state and federal laws and regulations that meet daily nutritional and special dietary needs for residents, guests, and employees. Responsible to ensure that foods are prepared and served at the proper temperature and the proper time under sanitary conditions.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

    Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

    Licensure: None

    Work Experience: Two to three (2-3) years of experience in cooking.
